Cooking bean is super easy. Even, if you are a new visitor in your own kitchen. Do not be afraid, as long as you know how to keep knife on your hand, you can enjoy your bean dish with delicious taste. The recipes I will share to you do not need other vegetables. So, it will be a simple recipe and you only need some seasonings to make it. And here is the step to cook bean.
Ingredients:
- Bean, 250 gram (chopped 3 cm)
Seasonings:
- Garlic, 2 (chopped)
- Red shallot, 3 (chopped)
- White pepper, ½ teaspoon
- Salt, ½ teaspoon
- Brown sugar, ½ teaspoon
- Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Oil, 2 tablespoon
Direction to cook bean
- Heat the oil in the cooking pan. Fry garlic and red shallot.
- After that, add the chopped bean. Stir it well.
- Add brown sugar, salt, and oyster sauce.
- Cook the bean until done or as you desired.
- Remove from the stove and put it on the plate.
- Delicious bean is ready.
