Pomegranate is very healthy juice because pomegranate has benefit to heal heart. Besides that, pomegranate is also rich in antioxidant so that it will help to prevent heart’s problem and reduce cholesterol. It is so easy to consume pomegranate and if you want fresh juice, you can make pomegranate juice at home. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
- Pomegranate fruit, 150 gram
- Sugar, 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice, 1 tablespoon
- Water, 350 ml
Direction to make pomegranate juice
- Clean and wash the pomegranate fruit and cut into two part. Rid the seed and then crush and filter it with gauze. Set aside the seed and dregs.
- Enter all ingredients (except lime juice) into blender.
- Blend the mixture until united.
- Serve it in the glass and add lime juice.
- Pomegranate juice is ready.
