- Tempe, 500 gram
- White tofu, 100 gram
- Minced chicken, 100 gram
- Garlic, 3 (chopped)
- Celery, 1 stalk (chopped finely)
- Eggs, 2
- Hot chili pepper, 6 (crused)
- Salt, ¾ teaspoon
- Sugar, ½ teaspoon
- Oil, 500 ml

- Onion, 1 (chopped)
- Flour, 1 tablespoon
- Boiled water, 150 ml
- White pepper, 1 tablespoon
- Sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Sugar, 1 teaspoon
Directions to make steak tempe
- Crush tempe and tofu until soft. Then add minced chicken, celery, garlic, salt, sugar, and hot chili pepper.
