Roasted bread with scrambled egg is suit dish for your breakfast. You can make it fast in the morning for your family members. Besides it is easy to make roasted bread with scrambled egg, this dish also healthy to be served to support your energy to start your day. And here is recipe how to make roasted bread with scrambled egg.

Ingredients
  1. White bread, 4 slices
  2. Butter, 3 tablespoon
  3. Parsley leaf, 3 stalks (chopped finely)
  4. White pepper, ¼ teaspoon
  5. Cheese, 100 gram (grated)
  6. Tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon
  7. Salt, little bit
  8. Oil, 1 tablespoon
 Direction to make roasted bread
  1. Prepare a bowl and put butter in there. Add chopped parsley leaf and little bit of white pepper. Stir it will until unite.
  2. Take one piece of bread and spread the mixture of butter with parsley leaf into the bread.
  3. Then, spread tomato sauce. And the last, spread grated cheese.
  4. Roast the bread in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  5. After done, remove it and set aside.
 Direction to make scrambled egg
  1. Prepare a bowl and put eggs in the bowl. Add little bit of salt and white pepper. Stir it well
  2. Prepare cooking pan and heat oil. Use hot oil to make scrambled eggs.
  3. After oil heated, pour the mixture of egg slowly and stir it. Pour it again and stir it so that the scrambled eggs will not over-cook.
  4. After done, prepare a plate and put the scrambled eggs on there. Take the roasted bread beside.
  5. Roasted bread and scrambled eggs are ready for your breakfast.

Sandwich is one of practical food that you can eat anywhere. Basically, sandwich contents two pieces of bread to clip meat, vegetables, cheese. Usually, sandwich is added seasonings or sauce so that the taste will be delicious. There are many breads that can be used for sandwich which it depend to the contents. The surface of bread is spread mayonnaise, butter, margarine, or olive oil to add aroma.
Commonly, sandwich is eaten by people who do not eat rice and they bring it to school or office inside lunch box or sandwich bag. Besides that, sandwich also becomes a practical food so that it can be brought for picnic. But at home, sandwich is eaten as snack or for the main food supplement. This time, I am going to share a recipe how to make fish sandwich which it so easy to be made. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:
  1. Minced fish flesh, 250 gram
  2. Egg, 1
  3. Burger bread, 3
  4. Oil, 2 tablespoons
Seasonings:
  1. Garlic, 2 (chopped)
  2. Leeks, 1 rod (chopped)
  3. Onion, 1 (chopped)
  4. Salt, ½ teaspoon
  5. White pepper, ¼ teaspoon
Complement:
  1. Lettuce
  2. Tomato (sliced)
  3. Onion (sliced)
Direction to make fish sandwich
  1. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry garlic, onion, and leeks.
  2. Prepare a bowl. Mix all of the fried ingredients above with minced fish flesh, egg, salt, and pepper into a bowl. Stir it well.
  3. Shape the dough as you like become oval or round. Afterward, make it thin so that the thickness is around 1.5 cm.
  4. Cut the bread burger become two.
  5. Put lettuce, sliced of tomato, fish sandwich and slice of onion in the one side of bread. Then put a half bread to cover the fish sandwich.
  6. Fish sandwich is ready.
  7. You can eat fish sandwich with tomato sauce or fried potato.

Chicken Burger – Easy Way To Make Chicken Burger

Burger is a light dish to fulfill your stomach when you hungry. At least you do not feel hunger for a while until you have main dish. Besides burger has delicious taste, it contains beef so it has good protein. If you want to make your chicken burger at home, it will be safer because you know very well the ingredients to make chicken burger. And here is the recipe how to make chicken burger.

Ingredients:
  1. Minced chicken meat, 150 gram
  2. Minced chicken liver, 3
  3. Big onion, 40 gram (chopped)
  4. Salt, ½ teaspoon
  5. White pepper, ½ teaspoon
  6. Nutmeg powder, ½ teaspoon
  7. Bread flour, 3 tablespoons
  8. Egg, 1
  9. Burger bread, 3
  10. Slice cheese, 3
  11. Leaf lettuce, 3 slices
  12. Margarine, 2 tablespoon

Ingredients for sauce
  1. Tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon
  2. Mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon
  3. Mustard, ½ teaspoon

How to make chicken burger
  1. Mix the minced of chicken, liver chicken, onion, salt, white pepper, nutmeg powder, bread flour, and egg. Stir well the dough of burger and form a round flat.
  2. Heat the margarine in the frying pan and put dough of burger into frying pan. Cook the dough of burger until done. Remove and then set aside.
  3. To make sauce of burger, mix tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard. Stir it well.
  4. Making chicken burger : Take one bread burger and then slice it but do not break up the bread. 
  5. Put slice of lettuce leaf and then chicken meat onto the lettuce leaf. Basting the chicken meat with mix of sauce and cover it with slice of cheese. 
  6. Close the bread, and then do the same to other bread burger. 
  7. Chicken burger is ready for you.
