Simple Way to Make Hot Fried Noodle


Hot fried noodle
Ingredients:
  1. Package of instant noodle, 1 (75 gram included instant seasoning)
  2. Red shallot, 2 (chopped)
  3. Garlic, 1 (chopped)
  4. Red hot chili pepper, 3 (chopped diagonally) *optional
  5. Water, 300 ml
  6. Oil, 1 teaspoon
Directions:
  1. Prepare sauce pan and heat water.
  2. After boiled, boil noodle for about 3 minutes or until soft.
  3. Then, strain it and set aside.
  4. Prepare frying pan and heat oil.
  5. Fry red shallot and garlic for a while.
  6. Then, pour boiled noodle and seasonings.
  7. Stir it well until the seasonings united with noodle.
  8. Remove it from stove.
  9. Fried noodle is ready.

How to Make Meatball Soup (Bakso, Baso)

Meatball soup
Meatball can be mixed by noodle, vegetables, and other seasonings. In Indonesia, it called as bakso. In this recipe we will use ready noodle. But you also can make noodle before you make this recipe. The key to make meatball soup is from the broth. You have to use beef broth so that the taste of your meatball soup will be tasty. And here is the recipe how to make meatball soup.

Ingredients:
  1. Meatballs, 10
  2. Noodle, 200 gram (soaked in the hot water for 4 minutes, then strained)
  3. Green cabbage, 100 gram (chopped finely)
  4. Fried red shallot, 1 tablespoon
  5. Rice vermicelli, 50 gram (poured hot water)
Seasoning of broth meatball soup
  1. Beef broth, 750 ml
  2. Oil, 1 tablespoon
  3. Garlic, 2 (minced)
  4. Red shallot, 2 (minced)
  5. White pepper, 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt, 1 teaspoon
  7. Dried shrimp, 1 tablespoon

Direction to make broth meatball soup
  1. Fry garlic and red shallot for a while in the sauce pan. Remove it.
  2. Then, pour the broth and other seasonings and boiled
Preparations meatball soup
  1. Prepare a bowl. Then put noodle and rice vermicelli into bowl.
  2. Add green cabbage. And pour the broth of meatball soup.
  3. Sprinkle with fried red shallot
  4. Meatball soup is ready

How to Make Nasi Goreng with Noodle

Nasi goreng with noodle
Nasi goreng can be mixed with other ingredients, such as vegetables or noodle. You can add whatever you like to make your nasi goreng has good taste. To make delicious nasi goreng is easy as long as you know what seasonings you add to your nasi goreng.
The key is the taste should be balance so that it nasi goreng can be eaten. And if you want to mix nasi goreng with noodle, you can soften the noodle by pouring it with hot water then strain it directly so that the texture still chewy. Do not soak the noodle with hot water because the texture will be too soft. And this is the recipe how to make nasi goreng with noodle.

Ingredients:
  1. Cooked rice, 150 gram
  2. Noodle, 100 gram (poured hot water, then strained)
  3. Oil, 2 tablespoons
Seasonings:
  1. Garlic, 2 (chopped)
  2. Red garlic, 3 (chopped)
  3. Red hot chili pepper, 2 (sliced) *optional
  4. Salt, ½ teaspoon
  5. Sweet soy sauce, 3 tablespoon
  6. Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
  7. White pepper, ½ teaspoon
Directions
  1. Prepare cooking pan and heat oil. Fry garlic, red hot chili, and red shallot.
  2. Add cooked rice then stir it. Then you can season by adding salt, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white pepper.
  3. Stir nasi goreng until sweet soy sauce spread. Remove from stove.
  4. Prepare a plate and put nasi goreng into the plate.
  5. Nasi goreng with noodle is ready.

How to Make Fried Vermicelli

Fried vermicelli
Fried vermicelli is one of dish that popular in some places. And in Indonesia, we call this as bihun goreng. The shape of vermicelli is like noodle but in this recipe, we will make rice vermicelli. Here is the recipe how to make fried vermicelli.

Ingredient:
  1. Rice vermicelli, 150 gram (pour hot water then strained)
  2. Cabbage, 100 gram (chopped)
  3. Leek, 1 stalk (chopped)
  4. Water, 3 tablespoons
  5. Oil, 2 tablespoons
Seasonings:
  1. Garlic, 2 (chopped)
  2. Red shallot, 2 (chopped)
  3. Salt, ½ teaspoon
  4. White pepper, ½ teaspoon
  5. Sweet soy sauce, 4 tablespoons
Complement

  1. Fried red shallot
Directions to make fried vermicelli
  1. Prepare cooking pan then heat oil. Fry garlic and red shallot.
  2. Add cabbage and stir it. Add water.
  3. Put the seasoning, sweet soy sauce and cook the cabbage until the water absorbed and cooked.
  4. Add rice vermicelli into cooking pan and stir it well until the sweet soy sauce spread.
  5. Cook vermicelli until you get brown color. Remove it.
  6. Prepare a plate and put fried vermicelli in there.
  7. Sprinkle fried red shallot onto fried vermicelli.
  8. Fried vermicelli is ready.

Tips:

  • You can add meatball, shrimp or other vegetables to make fried vermicelli.

How to Make Delicious Martabak Noodle

Martabak noodle
Martabak is thick folded crepe filled with spices and pieces of meat. And martabak is popular dish in Indonesia. Besides that, martabak can be eaten completed by a glass of tea or coffee. But this time, I am going to share a recipe about how to make martabak noodle. The main ingredient to make martabak noodle are noodle and eggs. Now, let’s start making martabak noodle.

Ingredients:
  1. Noodle, 75 gram
  2. Egg, 2
  3. Leeks, 2 rods (finely chopped)
  4. Garlic, 2 (chopped)
  5. Red shallot, 2 (chopped)
  6. Salt, ¼ teaspoon
  7. White pepper, ¼ teaspoon
  8. Red hot chili pepper, 2 (chopped) *optional
  9. Oil, 2 tablespoons
  10. Water, 300 ml
Preparation to make martabak noodle:
  1. Boil noodle in the hot water until soft. Remove and strain it.
  2. Put egg into a bowl. Stir it well.
  3. Add leeks, salt, pepper, red hot chili pepper, garlic, red shallot into a bowl. Stir it back
  4. Pour the noodle into a bowl and then stir it again. Set aside.
  5. Heat the oil in the frying pan. And then pour the dough of noodle into frying pan. Use low heat to fry martabak noodle so that it will not over cooked.
  6. Turn the martabak noodle into other side. Then remove after done.
  7. Martabak noodle is ready. Martabak noodle will be more delicious if you eat it warm with a glass of tea or coffee.
Tips:
If you have a pack of noodle which it contents seasonings and oil, you can make it without adding salt and pepper. And steps to make martabak noodle is same like those steps above.

Nasi Goreng : Hot Nasi Goreng With Vegetables

Hot nasi goreng with vegetables
Because there are lot of variety of nasi goreng, this time I will give you a recipe about how to make hot nasi goreng with vegetables. You can put all vegetables you like and mix it with nasi goreng. And because this is spicy nasi goreng, you can add hot chili pepper as you like or hot spicy sauce. This is one of my favorite nasi goreng because you still get good fiber from vegetables. And here is the recipe how to make hot nasi goreng with vegetables.

Ingredients:
  1. Rice, 150 gram
  2. Green mustard, 200 gram (finely chopped)
  3. Carrot, 75 gram (chopped elongated)
  4. Tomato, 1 (finely chopped)
  5. Leeks, 2 rods (chopped elongated)
  6. Egg, 1 (shaked)
Seasonings:
  1. Red shallot, 2 (chopped)
  2. Garlic, 2 (chopped)
  3. Red hot chili pepper, 4 (chopped)
  4. Salt, ¼ teaspoon
  5. Sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  6. Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
  7. White pepper, ¼ teaspoon
Direction to make hot nasi goreng with vegetables:
  1. Prepare frying pan and little bit of oil. Pour the egg and add little bit of sugar. Stir the egg and make until half-cooked. Remove and then set aside.
  2. Prepare frying pan and oil. Add garlic, red hot chili pepper, and red shallot.
  3. Add carrot and tomato. Stir it for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add rice, green mustard, eggs, leeks, white pepper, salt, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce. Stir nasi goreng until cooked.
  5. Hot nasi goreng and vegetables are ready.

Tips:
You can add vegetables you like, such as cauliflower, broccoli, bean, mushroom, or others.

Nasi Goreng Magelangan : Nasi Goreng With Noddle

Nasi goreng magelangan or nasi goreng with noodle is one of popular nasi goreng in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. This kind of nasi goreng is unique because you can eat nasi goreng plus noodle at the same time. The other uniqueness of nasi goreng with noodle is come from the condiment that make nasi goreng with noodle has spicy taste, smell good, and yummy. 
It will be more delicious if you eat nasi goreng with noodle together with chips. In addition, it is very simple to cook nasi goreng with noodle. You only need 15 minutes to make it. You can add slice of vegetables, like carrot, cabbage, chicken meat, and cucumber. This mixture has great sensation. And here is to make nasi goreng with noodle.

Ingredients:
  1. White rice, 400 gram
  2. Chicken, 250 gram
  3. Egg noodle, 100 gram (boiled)
  4. Sweet soy sauce (ketchup), 2 tablespoons
  5. Salt, 1 teaspoon
  6. White pepper, ¾ teaspoon
  7. Leeks, 2 rods (finely chopped)
  8. Oil, 2 tablespoons
  9. Water, 500 ml
  10. Red hot chili pepper, 4 (sliced) optional
Pounded seasoning:
  1. Red shallot, 5
  2. Garlic, 3
  3. Candlenut, 3 (roasted)
Complements:
  1. Tomato, ½ (sliced)
  2. Fried red shallot, 1 tablespoon
  3. Cucumber, 50 gram (finely chopped)
Directions:
  1. Boil chicken meat into 500 ml water. Remove and then shredded. Measure the broth of chicken 50 ml.
  2. Heat the oil in the frying pan. Then, cook the pounded seasonings.
  3. Put the shredded of chicken meat. Stir it well.
  4. Add sweet soy sauce, salt, and white pepper. Stir it again.
  5. Then, pour the broth of chicken into frying pan. Cook it until unite.
  6. Add rice and noodle. Stir it back. Then add the finely chopped of leeks.
  7. Cook nasi goreng with noodle until done.
  8. You can eat nasi goreng with noodle and the complements.

Black Noodle with Meatball and Shrimp

This recipe has different kind that the previous recipe because this menu will be made from kluwak (the fruit of the kepayang tree and it used as a spice) and candlenut so that the noodle will have darker color than common noodles. Because it uses candlenut, the taste of black noodle in this recipe is so taste. So, let’s start preparing how to cook black noodle.

Ingredients:
  1. Egg noodle, 200 gram (boil it and strain) 
  2. Oil, 2 tablespoon 
  3. Orange leaves, 3 
  4. Leeks, 1 
  5. Meatball, 150 gram (quartered) 
  6. Shrimp, 150 gram (peeled) 
  7. Chicken meat, 150 gram 
  8. Cabbage, 100 gram (chopped) 
  9. Sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon 
  10. Broth, 50 ml

Blended seasoning:
  1. Red hot chili pepper, 3 (optional) 
  2. Candlenut, 5 
  3. Kluwak, 1 
  4. Onion, 3 tablespoons 
  5. Garlic, 1 tablespoon 
  6. Salt, 1 teaspoon 
  7. White pepper, 1/2 teaspoon

How to make black noodle
  1. Frying the blended seasoning, leeks, and orange leaves in the frying pan until the good smell come out. 
  2. Pour the meat of chicken, shrimp, meatball, and add soy sauce. Cook it until done. Pour the broth and let it boiled. 
  3. Add the cabbage into frying pan and stir it. 
  4. Pour the noodle and stir it again. Black noodle is ready to be served.

How to Make Red Noodle

Noodle has various types. But if you want to try other vary of noodle, you can try to make red noodle which it made from bit that produce red color. It is delicious and healthy to be consumed by your family. In addition, you can cook red noodle with many recipe if you want to taste new flavor of noodle. You can process red noodle to be fried noodle, chicken noodle, or other recipe of noodle. Because it is easy to make red noodle, you can make it at home.
Bit has benefit for your health because it contains folat acid, potassium, fiber, vitamin, magnesium, tryptophan, iron, copper. For health, bit has function to replace broken cells, smooth the balance of liquid in the body, to grow tissue and smooth blood circulation, keep the function of tendon and nerve, immunity, form red cell blood, empower bone, preventing cancer and avoid tumor.

Ingredients:
  1. Bit, 50 gram (steam it and blend with 50 ml water) 
  2. High protein of flour, 350 gram 
  3. Starch flour, 25 gram 
  4. Salt, 1 teaspoon 
  5. Egg, 1 
  6. Oil, 1 tablespoon 
  7. Flour, 2 tablespoon for sprinkle

How to make red noodle
  1. Mix the bit with egg. And pour the rest of ingredients.
  2. Pour the oil slowly and knead the dough until soft.
  3. Grind the dough with the thickness 3 mm. sprinkle the dough with flour. Cut the dough into 3 parts.
  4. Boil the water. And pour the dough of noodle in the hot water
  5. Cook the red noodle until done for about 5 – 10 minutes.
  6. Red noodle is ready to be processed.

How to Make Chicken Noodle?



Who does not know chicken noodle? Yes, chicken noodle is one of my favorite foods. As noodle lover, I would like to give you recipe so that you can try to make it at home. The main ingredients are chicken and noodle, the broth plus other seasonings.

Ingredient:
  1. Noodle (ready to be processed or you can make it by yourself), ½ kg
  2. Chicken oil, 100 ml
  3. Salty ketchup, 100 ml
  4. Chicken meat, 300 gram (chop square and boil into hot water)
  5. Sweet ketchup, 3 tablespoon
  6. Mushroom, 100 gram (chopped into 4 parts)
  7. England ketchup, 2 tablespoon
  8. Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoon
  9. Scallions, 2 sticks
  10. Green mustard, 3 sticks

Seasonings (blended):
  1. Garlic, 3
  2. Onions, 5
  3. Coriander, 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric, 3 cm
  5. Ginger, 3 cm
  6. Candlenuts, 4

Ingredients for broth:
  1. Water, 2 L
  2. Bone of chicken, ½ kg
  3. Salt, 1 teaspoon
  4. White pepper, ½ teaspoon

How to make chicken noodle
Noodle:
  1. Boil the water, and pour the noodle and green mustard until floating.
  2. Lift the noodle and drain it. Divide the noodle into 5 parts.

Broth:
  1. Boil the water. Pour the bone of chicken and boil it back with small flame until come out the aroma of the broth.
  2. Add white pepper and salt and cook until done.

Chicken:
  1. Cook the ingredient on hot pan until it is smelly and done.
  2. Pour the chicken and cook until the cooking spices absorbed to the chicken. Then, pour the mushroom into the hot pan. Stir it in order to blend.
  3. Cook it until done. Afterwards, lift it and let it cool.

How to serve:
  1. Preparing a bowl, and pour little bit of oil and salty ketchup.
  2. Pour the noodle with green mustard and stir it.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken, fried onion, and scallions.
  4. You can separate the broth of the chicken noodle or you can pour the broth into the bowl before you eat.

Tips:
  1. The key of the deliciousness of chicken noodle is come from the chicken oil.
  2. You can make chicken oil by taking the skin and fat of the chicken.
  3. Boil hot water with small fire on hot pan. 
  4. Chop 2garlic and pour into the hot pan.
  5. Cook it until come out the oil from the skin and fat of chicken. 
  6. The oil of chicken is ready to be used to make the broth of chicken noodle.

How to Make Green Noodle

Green noodle
Green noodle? Yes, green noodle is more popular nowadays because green noodle is healthier, taste, and more delicious. It is make sense because green noodle is made from fresh spinach or green mustard that produce green color to the noodle. It is pretty simple and easy to make green noodle and it can be served for all of your family members.
As we know, noodle becomes favorite food for kids but we must more aware because if we buy noodle outside that contain preservative, it not good for your kid’s growth. As alternative way, you can try to make green noodle by yourself at home so that you can control what food that eaten by your family members, healthier food. Then, what you can do to make green noodle?

Ingredients:
  1. Spinach, 50 gram and 30 ml water, blended 
  2. High protein of flour, 250 gram 
  3. Sago palm flour, 75 gram 
  4. Eggs, 2 
  5. Salt, 1 teaspoon 
  6. Oil, 3 tablespoon

Ingredient for sprinkle
  1. High protein of flour, 50 gram 
  2. Sago palm flour, 1 table spoon

How to make green noodle
  1. Blend all of the ingredients, spinach with egg and stir it. 
  2. Mix the flour, starch flour, and salt. Afterward, add this dough with the mixture of spinach. Add oil gradually while you knead the dough until soft. 
  3. Stir all of the ingredients until lumpy so that it will be easier to be processed. Let it free for 15 minutes. 
  4. After all, grind the dough of green noodle by noodle grinder with the thickness no 9 (most thick is no 1). 
  5. Cut the wide noodle by noodle cutter and sprinkle the dough by high protein of flour and sago palm flour. 
  6. Boil 1L water and pour 1 table spoon of oil into the water. Cook the green noodle until soft for about 5 – 10 minutes. 
  7. Lift the green noodle, drain and green noodle is ready to be processed.

How to Make Black Noodle?

Black noodle is called black noodle because it has black color. So far, yellow noodle is more popular than other variety of noodle and you can try to make black noodle by yourself if you want to taste other sensation, particularly if you are noodle lover. The taste of black noodle is delicious, tasty and yummy because black noodle is made from the mix of flour and the ink of squid. It inks that make the noodle become black. 

First Recipe
Ingredients:
  1. Two eggs and shake it
  2. Two table spoons of sago palm flour
  3. 200 ml water
  4. 30 ml khi water
  5. 500 gram flour
  6. The ink of squid from 750 gram small fresh squids
  7. 1 L water
  8. 1 table spoon of oil

Procedures
  1. Mix the shake of egg and flour. Pour khi water then stir it. Add the ink of squid and stir it again.
  2. Pour water slowly and mix it until you get good dough.
  3. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Sprinkle each part by sago palm flour.
  4. By using noodle cutter, make all part of dough become thin until the thickness of dough 2mm. Sprinkle back the dough by sago palm flour. Cut the dough until it has shape as smooth noodle.
  5. Boil the water and add 1table spoon of oil. Afterwards, pour the noodle until 7 minutes in order to get soft noodle. Lift it and pour cool water onto the noodle.
  6. Black noodle is ready to be cooked.

Tips
  1. This recipe is for standard portion, 500 gram.
  2. Khi water is dust water to make the noodle chewy. It has no color and no aroma. It sold in the traditional market or China's grocery. Khi water has function to make noodle chewy and help flexing the noodle so that it will not break.
  3. Wash the fresh squid slowly so that the pouch of ink will not break.
  4. In order to get good black noodle, you suppose to use high quality of flour and fresh.
  5. Stir the dough of noodle until it is unite to get good black noodle.
  6. Sprinkle the dough by sago palm flour before and after grinding process. 
Second recipe
Ingredients to make black noodle:
  1. 250 gram high protein of flour
  2. 6 heads of squid (do not throw the ink of squid)
  3. 75 gram sago palm flour
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 tea spoon of salt

Ingredient for sprinkle
  1. 50 high protein of flour
  2. 1 table spoon of sago palm flour

Procedures:
  1. Blend the head of squid and its ink until smooth and soft by blender.
  2. Mix the dough of ingredients to make black noodle until agglomerate. Let it free until 15 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough of noodle until thin by using noodle grinder with the thickness no 8 (most thick is no 1). Afterwards, cut by noodle cutter. Sprinkle back the dough.
  4. Boil 1 L water and 1 table spoon of oil. Pour the noodle and boil it until soft.
  5. Black noodle is ready to be processed.
