Pasta fettuccine
Pasta fettuccine can be cooked with simple steps as well. So, when you hungry and do not want to go outside, you can make it at home. And for beginner who must cook in the kitchen, you also can do this because I will give simple recipe how to make delicious pasta fettuccine. And here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
  1. Pasta fettuccine, 100 gram
  2. Celery, 2 rods (chopped)
  3. Sausage, 2 (sliced)
  4. Medium onion, 1 (chopped)
  5. Garlic, 2 (chopped small or grated)
  6. Salt, ¼ teaspoon
  7. Sugar, ¼ teaspoon
  8. White pepper, ½ teaspoon
  9. Water, 400 ml
  10. Margarine, 1 tablespoon
Direction to make pasta fettuccine
  1. Boil the pasta fettuccine in the water for about 10 minutes or until soft. You can add little bit of salt if you like.
  2. Prepare frying pan to make pasta. Fry garlic and onion for a while. Add pasta into frying pan.
  3. Afterwards, add salt, sugar, celery, sausage, white pepper. Stir it well.
  4. Remove the pasta fettuccine and put it into a plate.
  5. Pasta fettuccine is ready for you.

How to Make Delicious Pasta Sauce

Pasta sauce has multi functions because pasta sauce can be used for spaghetti, pizza, lasagna, and many more. So, you can make this recipe for those foods so that you do not need to make sauce of pasta daily. If you make big portion of pasta sauce, you can keep it in the freezer so that you can use it in the next day. 
You do not need to worry because pasta sauce has long life. So, if tomorrow you want to make spaghetti, you just need to take pasta sauce from freezer, warm it and it can be served with your spaghetti and pizza. Then, how to make delicious pasta sauce? Try this recipe!

Ingredients:
  1. Mince of meat, 500 gram
  2. Tomato, 500 gram (pour hot water, peel the skin of tomato and then chop it smoothly)
  3. Big onion, 100 gram (chopped)
  4. Garlic, 3 (chopped)
  5. Tomato, 150 gram (peel the skin of tomato and blend it, you can use ready tomato pasta)
  6. Butter, 2 tablespoon
  7. Sugar, 2 tablespoon
  8. Water, 50 ml
  9. Oregano, 1 teaspoon
  10. Basil, 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
  12. White pepper, 1/2 teaspoon

How to Make Pasta Sauce
  1. Sauté the onion and garlic until it has good smell.
  2. Pour the mince of meat and cook until the color changing.
  3. Add chopped tomato and blended tomato. Add water and cook it until boiled.
  4. Pour sugar, salt, white pepper, oregano, and basil. Stir it until unite.
  5. Cook it until the water shrink and thick.

For spaghetti
  1. Boil the spaghetti and strain it. Put the sauce of pasta onto spaghetti or mix the spaghetti with sauce in the cooking pan.
  2. Pour the scrape of cheese and tomato sauce.
  3. Pasta is ready to be served.

Pasta is one of popular food that comes from Italia. And nowadays, pasta is well known in all around the globe for instance spaghetti and fettucini. Those pastas can be boiled and fried according to your taste. In order to get maximal boiling and done pasta, you need to consider how long it takes to boil pasta. Why? It is because the cooked level for each pastas are different.
Some people consider that cooking pasta is easy to be done. And they think they have cook pasta in the right way. But sometime it is not suit to your desire. Therefore, you need to know how to cook pasta well. Let continue our discussion about how to cook pasta to get delicious pasta.

  1. Use big cooking pan to cook pasta. That is because cooking the right pasta need more water at least 4 L water for 500 gram pasta. But according to expert pasta cook, it only needs 5.7 L water per 500 gram pasta to get the best result. Because if you are not use enough water to cook pasta, so its pasta will sticky to the cooking pan. Therefore, it is better to use thick and big cooking pan to cook pasta to get the best result.
  2. Pasta must be cooked in the boiled water. So, if the water boiled, pour the paste immediately. This has purpose in order to get the best result. So, do not pour pasta into not boiled water. You can cook the pasta with medium flame. And add little bit of salt and olive oil so that the pasta will not sticky to the coking pan.
  3. Pasta should be stirred when you cook it in the cooking pan. This stirring has purpose to avoiding sticking pasta to the cooking pain. After pasta done, drain it immediately by sieve and shake it to reduce water and do this for about 1 minute.
  4. The time for boiling pasta is various. For wet pasta, boiling process take 2 – 3 minutes, beside for dry pasta, it takes 8 – 10 minutes. If you must cook many pastas, boil each pasta separately because each pasta has different time to be cooked.

How to Make Pasta At Home?

Do you like to eat pasta? It is good news because it is easy to make pasta at home by you yourself. Instead of buying pasta outside daily, you can try to make pasta in your kitchen. It is very simple because you just need flour, egg, and butter. Firstly, melting 1 tablespoon of butter and afterwards, mix it with flour and egg. The comparison is 1 : 1. If you use 100 gram flour, you can add 1 egg. And if you use 300 gram flour, you can add 3 eggs.
All of the dough is mixed by hand until the dough united. Then, let the dough free for about 1 hour and wrapped by plastic. After 1 hour, you can roll the dough by wood roller until you get desirable thickness.
After that, the dough is cut by particular cutter for portable pasta maker. This tool can be found in the kitchen store. By using this tool, you can make variety of pasta, started from lasagna, pappardelle, ravioli, tagliatelle.
After you understand to make pasta, you can continue to make variety of pasta Bolognese, such as lasagna Bolognese or spaghetti Bolognese. This food is familiar in the world. You can make traditional sauce of Bolognese by mixing meat, pancetta, onion, carrot, celery, tomato sauce, broth, white wine, milk, and cream.
Nowadays, people use butter and olive oil at the same time to cook soffritto which it contains, celery, carrot, and onion. You also can add Prosciutto mushroom, mortadella or fresh porcini into the sauce. If you do not want to add wine or pork, it is all right because the taste still delicious.
If you want to make different style of pasta, you can use chopped meat for your lasagna. Firstly, roast the meat with olive oil by fry pan. Then add salt and white pepper to empower the taste. By using different fry pan, cook garlic, celery and carrot and 2 onions, with medium flame for 3 minutes. If you do not want to add wine, you can pour the broth of chopped meat. Then add blended tomato with salt. Then, cook for about 30 minutes. Pour rosemary into the fry pan but do not add too much because the taste will be bitter.
