Recipe How to Make Spicy Chicken Wings

Chicken wings have special and delicious taste. That is because chicken wings have layers fat and the skin is chewy especially if chicken wings is cooked with lime and little bit hot chili pepper to the taste will be spicy and sour. And here is the recipe how to make spicy chicken wings.

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken wings, 8 (cleaned)
  2. Lime juice, 2 tablespoon
  3. Sweet orange juice, 200 ml
Seasonings:
  1. Hot chili powder, 1 teaspoon
  2. Garlic, 2 (grated)
  3. Salty soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
  4. Palm sugar, 1 tablespoon
  5. Sugar, 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt, 1 teaspoon
  7. White pepper, ½ teaspoon
  8. Water, 100 ml
Direction to make spicy chicken wings
  1. Squeeze the chicken wings with lime juice. Set aside.
  2. Mix the seasonings with sweet orange juice and then pour into sauce pan.
  3. Add chicken wings and water.
  4. Cook the chicken wings with middle flame until the chicken wings soft. Remove it from sauce pan.
  5. Roast the chicken wings in the oven for about 15 minutes, 1800C or until dry.
  6. Remove it and put in the plate.
  7. Spicy chicken wings are ready.

How to Make Sate Lilit from Bali

Sate lilit
Sate lilit is so popular in Bali, Indonesia. Probably, you often eating and making satay but sate lilit from Bali has special taste and it is become one of favorite dish in Bali. And if you want to taste delicious sate lilit from Bali, here is the recipe how to make it.
Ingredients to make sate lilit:
  1. Mashed chicken meat, 250 gram
  2. Whole white pepper, crushed coarse
  3. Salt, ¾ teaspoon
  4. Sugar, ½ teaspoon
  5. Egg, 1
  6. Young coconut, ¼ parts from whole coconut (grated)
  7. Red hot chili pepper, 4 (sliced finely)
  8. Orange leaf, 3 (sliced thin)
  9. Lemon grass, 15 sticks (cleaned and then slice the edge of lemon grass)
  10. Tapioca flour, 1 tablespoon
  11. Coconut oil, 1 tablespoon (for greasing)
Mashed seasonings:
  1. Red shallot, 6
  2. Galirc, 2
  3. Kencur (Kaempferia galanga L.), 1 cm
  4. Ginger, 1 cm
  5. Ginger plant, 1 cm
  6. Roasted terasi (shrimp pasta), 1 teaspoon
  7. Whole white pepper, ½ teaspoon
  8. Coriander, ½ teaspoon
  9. Cumin, ½ teaspoon
Directions to make sate lilit
  1. Mix mashed chicken meat with mashed seasoning, white pepper, salt, sugar and egg.
  2. Knead the dough until soft and united.
  3. Mix it with grated young coconut, red hot chili pepper, and orange leaf. Stir it back.
  4. Prepare lemon grass and spread the hump of lemon grass with tapioca flour.
  5. Put 1 tablespoon of chicken dough and spread it. Shape it become round elongated like a pin.
  6. Do this to all of lemon grass and chicken dough.
  7. Roast the sate lilit and turn it side by side until the color changing to be brown and cooked.
  8. Spread it with little bit of oil. Remove sate lilit from roaster.
  9. Make up the sate lilit by cutting the edge of lemon grass.
  10. Sate lilit is ready.
  11. Sate lilit will be more delicious if you eat it with warm rice, and sambal matah.

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken wing, 5 (cleaned)
  2. Scallions, 2 stalks (chopped diagonally)
  3. Red hot chili pepper, 3 (chopped diagonally)
Seasonings:
  1. Garlic, 3 (chopped)
  2. Red shallot, 4 (chopped)
  3. White pepper, ½ teaspoon
  4. Salt, 1 teaspoon
  5. Nutmeg, ¼ (grated)
  6. Bay leaf, 2
  7. Lemongrass, 1 (crushed)
  8. Ginger, 1 cm (chopped)
  9. Ginger plant, 2 cm (chopped)
  10. Sweet soy sauce, 4 tablespoon
  11. Sugar, ½ teaspoon
  12. Oil, 2 tablespoons
  13. Water, 100 ml
Direction to make chicken wing with sweet soy sauce
  1. Prepare frying pan and heat oil. Fry red shallot, chopped ginger, and garlic. Add ginger plant, bay leaf, ginger plant.
  2. Add chicken wing. Stir it until the color changing.
  3. Pour the water, sweet soy sauce and other seasoning.
  4. Add chopped scallions, red hot chili pepper and cook the chicken wing until done and the meat soft.
  5. Remove it from stove and put it on the plate.

Chicken Roll with Tomato Sauce

Chicken roll is made from chicken meat with other ingredients. In Japan, chicken roll is well known as torimaki. The basic step to make chicken roll is by rolling the dough of chicken with certain flour and after that you steam it. In this recipe, I will share how to make chicken roll with tomato sauce. And here is step how to make chicken roll with tomato sauce.

Ingredients to make chicken roll:
  1. Chicken fillet, 250 gram (grilled)
  2. Bread flour, 100 gram
  3. Egg, 1
  4. Oil, 500 ml
Seasonings to make chicken roll:
  1. Big onion, 1 (chopped finely)
  2. Garlic, 4 (chopped finely)
  3. Salt, ¾ teaspoon
  4. White pepper powder, ½ teaspoon
Ingredient to make tomato sauce
  1. Onion, 1 (chopped)
  2. Garlic, 3 (chopped)
  3. Big tomato, 2 (chopped)
  4. Salt, ½ teaspoon
  5. Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon (dissolve into 3 tablespoon)
  6. Oil, 1 tablespoon
  7. Margarine, 1 tablespoon
How to make tomato sauce
  1. Prepare cooking pan and heat oil and margarine.
  2. Fry onion and garlic then stir it well.
  3. Add sliced tomato and crushed until soft. Add other seasonings and stir it will.
  4. Add cornstarch into tomato sauce so that the sauce will be thick.
  5. Cook tomato sauce until done.
  6. Tomato sauce is ready.
Directions to make chicken roll:
  1. Mix all of ingredients to make chicken roll, grilled chicken, bread flour, egg, salt, sugar, white pepper, and garlic.
  2. Divide the dough above become 3 parts.
  3. Roll each dough and shape it become cylinder.
  4. Afterwards, wrap the roll of chicken dough using aluminum foil.
  5. Steam each cylinder of chicken roll for about 30 minutes.
  6. After chicken roll steamed, let it cool and after cooled you can cut as you desired.
  7. Fry each pieces of chicken dough until it has golden color.
  8. Remove it and strained.
Preparations of chicken roll
  1. Prepare a plate and then put chicken roll on the plate.
  2. Pour tomato sauce into chicken roll and add parsley leaf
  3. Chicken roll with tomato sauce is ready.

Direction to cook chicken breast
  1. Prepare cooking pan. Sauté chopped ginger, garlic, and red shallot.
  2. Add seasonings, bay leaf and orange leaf. Stir it well.
  3. Then, add the chicken breast into cooking pan. Stir it well until it has brown color.
  4. Afterwards, pour coconut milk, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Stir it sometime.
  5. Cook the chicken breast until the meat soft and the broth thick.
  6. Five minute after chicken breast cooked, add mushroom and chopped leeks. Stir it back.
  7. Remove from the stove and pour it into a bowl.
  8. Chicken breast with mushroom is ready.

Brown Fried Chicken Made From Coconut Water

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken meat, ½ kg (washed then chopped)
  2. Coconut water, 1 L
  3. Rice flour, 2 teaspoons
  4. Oil, 1 L
Blended seasonings:
  1. Red shallot, 5
  2. Garlic, 4
  3. Ginger, 2 cm
  4. Candlenuts, 5
  5. Coriander, 1 teaspoon (fried without oil for a while)
  6. Salt, 1 teaspoon
  7. White pepper, ½ teaspoon
  8. Bay leaf, 2
  9. Sesame, ¼ teaspoon
Direction to make fried chicken made from coconut water
  1. Prepare sauce pan and then sauté blended seasonings.
  2. Then, put the chicken into sauce pan.
  3. Afterwards, pour coconut water and bay leaf.
  4. Cook the chicken until the broth thick so that the seasoning absorbed by chicken meat.
  5. Cook the chicken and cover the sauce pan when you cook.
  6. After cooked, remove the chicken meat and set aside.
  7. Add the chicken broth with rice flour and stir the dough well.
  8. Roll the chicken meat into the dough before fried into hot oil.
  9. Prepare hot oil in the frying pan to fry chicken.

  9. Sausage plastic or skin sausage
How to make chicken sausage:
  1. Blend the chicken meat in the food processor with ice block and ice water.
  2. Mix the dough with garlic, salt, pepper, and tapioca flour. Stir the dough until become pasta.

Fried chicken is not a new dish for the people in the world. In some country, crispy fried chicken is served by spicy sauce, spicy dish and dish of raw vegetables with spicy sauce. Ingredients:

  2. Coconut milk, 150 ml from 1/3 coconut
  3. Sago palm flour, 200 gram
  4. Egg, 1
  5. Ginger plan, 3 cm (pounded for a while)
  6. Bay leaf, 4
  7. Lemon grass, 1 (pounded for a while)
  8. Oil, 500 ml
  9. Water, 200 ml
Blended seasonings:
  1. Garlic, 6
  2. Red shallot, 4
  3. Ginger, 1 cm
  4. White pepper, ¼ teaspoon
  5. Coriander, 1 tablespoon (fried without oil for a while)
  6. Turmeric, 2 cm (roasted for a while)
  7. Candlenut, 4
  8. Salt, 1 teaspoon
Directions to make crispy fried chicken:
  1. Prepare sauce pan. Put chicken, water, blended seasonings, ginger plan, lemon grass, and bay leaf.
  2. Cook the chicken and stir it sometime until the texture of chicken soft.
  3. After that, pour coconut milk and cook it back until boiled. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. Filter the broth of chicken and get rid the dregs.
  5. After the broth of chicken cool, add palm sago flour and egg. Add little bit of salt and stir it back to get soft dough.
  6. Heat the oil and dip the chicken into flour dough.
  7. Then, fry all the chicken until you get brown color. Remove and set aside.
  8. Afterwards, fry the rest of dough by taking it with spoon little by little with small flame. Remove the crispy dough until you get brown color.
  9. Crispy fried chicken is served together.

Brown Chicken with Black Pepper and Vegetables

Chicken with black pepper and vegetables
Ingredients:
  1. Chicken chest, 400 gram (chop small 2 x 2 x 2 cm)
  2. Oil, 500 ml
Seasoning for black pepper
Seasoning A:
  1. Coconut milk, 200 ml
  2. Salt, ¼ teaspoon
  3. Sugar, ½ teaspoon
Blended
  1. Onion, 4
  2. Garlic, 3
  3. Ginger, 4 cm
  4. Turmeric, 3 cm
  5. Coriander, ½ teaspoon
 Seasoning B:
  1. Green hot chili pepper, 5 (throw the seed and cut into two parts) or paprika, 100 gram (cut lengthwise)
  2. Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
  3. Sweet soy sauce, 15 ml
Blended:
  1. Onion, 4
  2. Garlic, 2
Complements:
  1. Tomato, 1 (sliced)
  2. Slice of cucumber
  3. Chopped cabbage
  4. Rice, 1 bowl
How to make it:
  1. Clean the chicken. Set aside.
  2. Prepare sauce pan. Pour the coconut milk into sauce pan. Add the chicken and seasoning A. Then, cover the sauce pan.
  3. Cook the chicken until the chicken done and the seasoning absorbed by the meat. Lift it and set aside.
  4. Prepare the fry pan then heat the oil. Fry the chunks of chicken until the color changing from yellow to brown. Lift it and strain. Set aside.
  5. Prepare the fry pan and heat the oil. Cook the rest of seasoning to cook the chicken above and seasoning B. Pour green hot chili pepper or paprika until done. Stir it.
  6. Pour the chunks of fried chicken. Stir it again until the seasoning united. Lift it after done.
  7. You can eat brown chicken with black pepper and slice of tomato, slice of cucumber and warm rice.
