|Spinach meatball with tofu|
It is very easy to cook this dish. I usually cook it when I do not have so much time to cook. Here is the recipe how to make colorful spinach meatball with tofu.
- Spinach, 250 gram
- Meatball, 10 (quartered)
- Carrot, 100 gram (chopped elongated)
- Tomato, 1 (chopped into 8 parts)
- Tofu, 3 (chopped as you desired)
- Oil, 2 tablespoons
- Onion, 2
- Garlic, 2
- Salt, ½ teaspoon
- Sugar, ½ teaspoon
- White pepper, ¼ teaspoon
- Oyster sauce, ½ teaspoon
How to make it:
- Heat the cooking pan with oil. Sauté the chopped seasoning and then add the carrot and tomato. Cook it for about 2 minutes.
- Put spinach, meatball and tofu into cooking pan. Add sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir it well.
- Cook the vegetables until done.
