Colorful Spinach Meatball with Tofu

Spinach meatball with tofu
It is very easy to cook this dish. I usually cook it when I do not have so much time to cook. Here is the recipe how to make colorful spinach meatball with tofu.

Ingredients:
  1. Spinach, 250 gram
  2. Meatball, 10 (quartered)
  3. Carrot, 100 gram (chopped elongated)
  4. Tomato, 1 (chopped into 8 parts)
  5. Tofu, 3 (chopped as you desired)
  6. Oil, 2 tablespoons
Chopped Seasoning
  1. Onion, 2
  2. Garlic, 2
  3. Salt, ½ teaspoon
  4. Sugar, ½ teaspoon
  5. White pepper, ¼ teaspoon
  6. Oyster sauce, ½ teaspoon
How to make it:
  1. Heat the cooking pan with oil. Sauté the chopped seasoning and then add the carrot and tomato. Cook it for about 2 minutes.
  2. Put spinach, meatball and tofu into cooking pan. Add sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir it well.
  3. Cook the vegetables until done.
