How to Cook Young Corn with Sprout

Because I like to cook simple vegetables, I will introduce you how to cook young corn with sprout. It is super easy to make it. Even, you can find the ingredients anywhere. The taste of young corn is sweet so you do not need to add more sugar, just little bit. And if you are vegetarian, you can try to cook it. It is a healthy food because it contains tomato, carrot and sprout which it rich of vitamin A and protein. Here is the recipe how to cook young corn with sprout.

  1. Young corn, 200 gram
  2. Sprout, 100 gram
  3. Tomato, 1 (sliced small)
  4. Carrot, 1 (chopped as you desired)
  5. Leeks, 1 rod (slice it 2 cm)

Sliced seasoning
  1. Onion, 2
  2. Garlic, 2
  3. Salt, ½ teaspoon
  4. Sugar, ½ teaspoon
  5. White pepper, ¼ teaspoon
  6. Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
  7. Oil, 2 tablespoon

How to make it:
  1. Heat the cooking pain and oil. Fry onion and garlic for a while. Put slice of carrot.
  2. Add young corn into cooking pan and cook it for about 3 minutes. Add the rest of seasoning. And stir it well.
  3. Add tomato, leeks and sprout into cooking pan and stir it back. Cook the vegetables for about 2 minutes.
  4. Young corn with sprout is ready.
