Cooking Colorful Vegetables for Healthy Life

Colorful vegetables
Here is colorful vegetables recipe that you can make at home. I call this as colorful vegetables because if you are interested in cooking vegetables or running diet program, this is a perfect recipe you can try. Besides it is a healthy dish, it is also contents high fiber, mineral and vitamin. Here is the step how to cook colorful vegetables.

Ingredients:
  1. Mushroom, 125 gram (sliced)
  2. Bean, 250 gram (chopped 2 cm and boiled half-baked)
  3. Carrot, 200 gram (chopped 2 cm and boiled half-baked)
  4. Young corn, 200 gram (chopped 2 cm and boiled half-baked)
  5. Red paprika, 100 gram (chopped elongated)
  6. Green paprika, 100 gram (chopped elongated)
Seasonings:
  1. Garlic, 4 (chopped)
  2. Salt, 1 teaspoon
  3. Sugar, 1 teaspoon
  4. Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
  5. Oil, 2 tablespoons
Direction to make colorful vegetables:
  1. Sautéing garlic for a while and after that, add all of vegetables. And stir it well.
  2. Add red and green paprika then stir it back
  3. Then, add sugar, salt, and oyster sauce.
  4. Stir it back and remove the colorful vegetable after cooked.
  5. The colorful vegetables are ready.
