As we know, noodle becomes favorite food for kids but we must more aware because if we buy noodle outside that contain preservative, it not good for your kid’s growth. As alternative way, you can try to make green noodle by yourself at home so that you can control what food that eaten by your family members, healthier food. Then, what you can do to make green noodle?
- Spinach, 50 gram and 30 ml water, blended
- High protein of flour, 250 gram
- Sago palm flour, 75 gram
- Eggs, 2
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Oil, 3 tablespoon

- High protein of flour, 50 gram
- Sago palm flour, 1 table spoon
How to make green noodle
- Blend all of the ingredients, spinach with egg and stir it.
- Mix the flour, starch flour, and salt. Afterward, add this dough with the mixture of spinach. Add oil gradually while you knead the dough until soft.
- Stir all of the ingredients until lumpy so that it will be easier to be processed. Let it free for 15 minutes.
- After all, grind the dough of green noodle by noodle grinder with the thickness no 9 (most thick is no 1).
- Cut the wide noodle by noodle cutter and sprinkle the dough by high protein of flour and sago palm flour.
- Boil 1L water and pour 1 table spoon of oil into the water. Cook the green noodle until soft for about 5 – 10 minutes.
- Lift the green noodle, drain and green noodle is ready to be processed.
