How to Make Milk Chocolate Pudding with Vanilla Sauce

Pudding
Pudding is one of dish that can be eaten as dessert. Besides it has sweet taste, pudding also can be made from many tastes such as chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, melon, and many more. The taste of pudding will be more delicious when you eat it cool. So, in the summer, you can make pudding and serve it to your family. This time, I am going to share a recipe about how to make milk chocolate pudding. Here is the step to make it.

Ingredients:
  1. Gelatin chocolate powder, 2 packs (@5 gram)
  2. Sugar, 100 gram
  3. Liquid milk chocolate, 600 ml
  4. Ripe dark chocolate, 100 gram (melted)
  5. Chocolate pasta, 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt, little bit
Vanilla sauce ingredients:
  1. Liquid milk, 250 ml
  2. Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon
  3. Sugar, 50 gram
  4. Salt, little bit
  5. Vanilla powder, ¼ teaspoon
  6. Yolk, 1 (shaken)
Direction to make chocolate milk pudding
  1. Mix gelatin, sugar, milk and salt. Stir it and boil in the medium flame until boiled. Keep stir so that it can be unite.
  2. Add ripe dark chocolate, and cook until the chocolate soluble.
  3. Remove it, and then add chocolate paste. Stir it well.
  4. Pour the boiled gelatin into the mold that has been moistened with water. Afterward, you can freeze the pudding.
Direction to make vanilla sauce pudding
  1. Boil the milk, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and vanilla until boiled in the sauce pan. Take 5 tablespoon of the milk into yolk. Then stir it well.
  2. Pour back the mixture of yolk into sauce pan.
  3. Boil it back until boiled and thick while keep stir it. Remove and let it cool.
  4. Take pudding from the mold and serve the pudding with vanilla sauce.
Tips:
  1. If you want the flavor of chocolate stronger, you can add more chocolate powder into pudding dough.
  2. If you do not like vanilla sauce, you can substitute with fruits.
