How to Make Red Noodle

Noodle has various types. But if you want to try other vary of noodle, you can try to make red noodle which it made from bit that produce red color. It is delicious and healthy to be consumed by your family. In addition, you can cook red noodle with many recipe if you want to taste new flavor of noodle. You can process red noodle to be fried noodle, chicken noodle, or other recipe of noodle. Because it is easy to make red noodle, you can make it at home.
Bit has benefit for your health because it contains folat acid, potassium, fiber, vitamin, magnesium, tryptophan, iron, copper. For health, bit has function to replace broken cells, smooth the balance of liquid in the body, to grow tissue and smooth blood circulation, keep the function of tendon and nerve, immunity, form red cell blood, empower bone, preventing cancer and avoid tumor.

  1. Bit, 50 gram (steam it and blend with 50 ml water) 
  2. High protein of flour, 350 gram 
  3. Starch flour, 25 gram 
  4. Salt, 1 teaspoon 
  5. Egg, 1 
  6. Oil, 1 tablespoon 
  7. Flour, 2 tablespoon for sprinkle

How to make red noodle
  1. Mix the bit with egg. And pour the rest of ingredients.
  2. Pour the oil slowly and knead the dough until soft.
  3. Grind the dough with the thickness 3 mm. sprinkle the dough with flour. Cut the dough into 3 parts.
  4. Boil the water. And pour the dough of noodle in the hot water
  5. Cook the red noodle until done for about 5 – 10 minutes.
  6. Red noodle is ready to be processed.
