How to Make Fried Fish with Tomato Sauce


Fried fish with tomato sauce
Ingredients:
  1. Carp fish, 1 kg (cleaned)
  2. Oil, 500 ml
  3. Water, 200 ml
Seasonings:
  1. Tomato, 5 (sliced finely)
  2. Red shallot, 8 (chopped finely)
  3. Garlic, 3 (chopped finely)
  4. Red hot chili pepper, 3 (chopped finely)
  5. Ginger plant, 2 cm (crushed)
  6. Bay leaf, 3
  7. Brown sugar, 50 gram
  8. Salt, 1 teaspoon
  9. White pepper, ¼ teaspoon
Direction to make fried fish with tomato sauce
  1. After carp fish cleaned, make scratch on fish and then seasoning with salt and white pepper. Fry the fish until dry.
  2. Fry the red shallot and garlic. Stir it well. Add hot chili pepper, tomato, ginger plant, and bay leaf.
  3. Afterwards, pour water, brown sugar, and salt.
  4. Cook the sauce until boiled. Remove it and pour the sauce on to fried fish.
  5. Fried fish with tomato sauce is ready.
