How to Make Ginger Tea

Ginger tea
Ginger tea is one of healthy drinking. Ginger is good to heal a cold and influenza. Beside it has benefit to warm the body, ginger also has antivirus compound. And here is the way how to make ginger tea.
Ingredients:
  1. Green tea or black tea powder, 2 teaspoon
  2. Ginger, 2 cm (sliced)
  3. Water, 300 ml
  4. Sugar, 1 tablespoon *optional
Direction to make ginger tea
  1. Boil the water with slice of ginger.
  2. Then add tea powder and sugar. Then, filter it.
  3. Ginger tea is ready.
