Ginger tea is one of healthy drinking. Ginger is good to heal a cold and influenza. Beside it has benefit to warm the body, ginger also has antivirus compound. And here is the way how to make ginger tea.
- Green tea or black tea powder, 2 teaspoon
- Ginger, 2 cm (sliced)
- Water, 300 ml
- Sugar, 1 tablespoon *optional
Direction to make ginger tea
- Boil the water with slice of ginger.
- Then add tea powder and sugar. Then, filter it.
- Ginger tea is ready.
