Recipe How to Make Grilled Fish

Grilled fish
The key to make delicious grilled fish is come from seasonings that you use to grill it. Learn the easy recipe how to make grilled fish.
  1. Carp fish, 2 @ 600 gram (cleaned)
  2. Lime juice, 3 tablespoon
  3. White pepper, ½ teaspoon
  4. Salt, ¼ teaspoon
Mashed seasonings:
  1. Red shallot, 10
  2. Garlic, 6
  3. Coriander, 1 tablespoon
  4. Red hot chili pepper, 4
  5. Candlenut, 5
  6. Ginger plant, 2 cm
  7. Salt, 1 teaspoon
For spread:
  1. Sweet soy sauce, 4 tablespoon
  2. Butter, thawed
Direction to make grilled fish
  1. Prepare carp fish. Slice with the knife some parts of carp fish so that the seasoning can be absorbed.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, white pepper, and lime juice.
  3. Set aside for about 5 minutes.
  4. Prepare griller. After carp fish ready spread with butter and sweet soy sauce.
  5. Grill the carp fish side by side. Spread it again by mashed seasoning with butter and sweet soy sauce.
  6. Grill it again. Do this 2 or 3 times so that the taste of grilled carp fish more delicious.
  7. Remove it and grilled fish is ready.
